We need a soil and concrete worker for sites around Glostrup.

You land in a larger contractor setup where underpinning, soil, sewer and concrete are closely connected. The tasks are with private, commercial and public clients, and projects can be both small and large. The work takes place where soil conditions, drainage and concrete need to come together so the rest of the construction can move forward. Safety and order on the site matter, as the work often lies below ground and close to the next trades.

The special thing about the role is its breadth: one task may be about concrete, the next about soil and drainage. When conditions change along the way, you must be able to keep a cool head and get the work done properly. You don’t get a role with fancy words and vague tasks – here it’s about getting stuck in and delivering something that lasts.

What you get Salary: 200-220 DKK per hour

Work area: Glostrup and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short courses.

Everyday: Concrete, earthworks and drainage

Your daily life The work follows the soil conditions and the concrete task on site. You switch between concrete work, excavation and drainage, and you tell us if the conditions change along the way.

You will among other things be working with

• Executing concrete work on the construction site
• Working with earth and excavation
• Handling tasks with sewer, drainage and stormwater

When soil, sewer and concrete have to work together, it’s important that you can think a few steps ahead. That makes everyday life calmer for you, the others on site and those who will progress after you.

We’re looking for someone who can tick most boxes We don’t expect you’ve done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have at least 3 years’ experience as a soil and concrete worker
• Have experience with concrete work on a construction site
• Can work safely around soil, water and drainage
• Are stable and arrive as agreed

It’s an advantage if you have worked with sewer, stormwater or underpinning before. But the most important thing is that you can take responsibility for what you deliver.
