We are looking for an earth and concrete worker for sewer and concrete in Lemvig.

You will become part of a larger construction company where earth, concrete and sewer connect to the rest of the construction. The tasks are located in Lemvig and the surrounding areas, and the company also works broadly in Western Denmark. The day-to-day can range from agricultural construction and commercial to private buildings, so you won't be stuck with the same type site month after month. There are tasks from smaller constructions to larger commercial projects, and the agreements on site must hold.

Your role is to tackle the heavy parts of the construction before the next trades move in. You work with earth and excavation, concrete as well as sewer, drainage and rainwater, so there is a need for someone who keeps a cool head when the sequence changes. The company car accompanies the job, and a driver's license is required because the tasks are on different sites. This is about solid craftsmanship, stable agreements and ensuring the next trades can come in properly.

Your everyday The tasks start with the part of the site that needs to be prepared, excavated, cast or drained. The sequence depends on the substrate, the weather and the other trades, so you must be able to roll up your sleeves and say if something doesn’t add up. When sewer, rainwater or concrete changes the plan, it is important that you report it in time.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working with concrete on construction sites
• Performing earth and excavation work
• Laying sewer, drainage and rainwater solutions
• Casting foundations and plinths
• Grading and leveling terrain

It is practical work, where a good day can be closing off an excavation properly, getting the water away or getting the concrete ready for the next step. The agreements with the customer and the other trades must hold, so half-done work quickly has consequences on the site.

We are looking for you, who can tick most of the boxes We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

• Have a driving license
• Would preferably have a couple of years of experience with earth, concrete or sewer
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Can take the initiative without being pushed
• Speak up if something isn’t right
