Educator for Bagsværd Kindergarten

Cozy little kindergarten in Bagsværd is seeking an educational professional for a fixed-term position of 16 hours distributed over 4 days a week.

Bagsværd Børnehave is a small independent kindergarten with 20 – 25 children aged 3 – 6 years. We live in a lovely cheerful cottage close to public transport, from which we can quickly reach forest and nature.

Our pedagogical practice is based on the joy of and use of nature year-round, creativity, engagement, high professionalism, attention to the development of the whole person and room for diversity in a broad sense. We see children and other people as competent in their own lives.

We work systematically with planning and documentation, as well as the competencies of the child group and learning processes so that we can tailor the educational effort to the individual child while taking the group into account.

Being a small independent kindergarten means that we are in daily close contact with the children’s parents, who are an active part of the house both at workdays and other events and when the children come and go.

We have received 16 extra hours per week up until and including the turn of the year, so that the regular staff can give an extra hand to a child who needs it. The hours will be Monday 13-16, Tuesday 9-15, Wednesday 12-15.30 and Friday 12-15.30
