Educator with a heart for communities and upcoming school children is sought for Børnehuset Troldebo. Do you want to help create the best conditions for children's development, participation and starting school? At Børnehuset Troldebo we are looking for an engaged educator for 35 hours per week, who is passionate about creating meaningful communities for children, and who would like to take on a special role in the work with our upcoming schoolchildren.

The position is anchored in our kindergarten with children aged 3-6 years, where you will become an important part of the classroom and the daily pedagogical work. At the same time you will take responsibility for our school group and thus have a unique opportunity to put your professional imprint on an important development area.

As an educator in Troldebo you will naturally be part of the daily life in the classroom, where presence, play, relationships and communities form the foundation of our pedagogical work. In addition, you will be the point of contact for our school group, which currently meets once a week. Here we seek an educator who has experience with or a particular interest in working with upcoming schoolchildren, and who wants to further develop the group’s content, activities and structure.

We want to give you the opportunity to put your own mark on the work. Therefore we are not looking for a colleague who merely has to continue something that already exists, but a colleague who has ideas, initiative and a desire to create an inspiring and developmental school program for our oldest children.

An enrichment program with high professionalism

Børnehuset Troldebo is an enrichment program with currently six children enrolled in resource places. At the same time, we work targeted and resource-oriented with all children and have a special focus on children in vulnerable positions.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are according to the applicable collective agreement between Kalundborg Municipality and BUPL.

For the position, the full-time salary ranges between 34,400 DKK and 37,600 DKK per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

The amounts are stated exclusive of pension, any local agreements, individual salary and variables according to the collective agreement.

Kalundborg Municipality offers an attractive salary placement, where the pedagogical basic education is honored with 3 salary steps after a local pre-agreement. When the centrally agreed experience after 6 years is reached, there is a decoupling of the pre-assigned salary steps.
