We are seeking a trained pedagogue for the Network Housing in Korsør.

At the Solbakkevej Group Home, there are currently 7 residents with developmental disabilities living in their own homes. Here they receive support and guidance under the Social Services Act § 85.

The group home is cozy, homely and has really good conditions for both the residents and your working life. In our work we emphasize involving the residents in their own lives. Together with the residents we create a daily life with experiences and strong influence.

We are looking for a colleague who

• may have experience and knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities
• can build a good relationship with the residents through acknowledging, empathetic and creative qualities
• is committed to motivating residents to a good life, where they are seen, heard and understood, and where their dreams are taken seriously
• can see the person behind the challenges that the resident may have in daily life
• is flexible and open to new initiatives
• is positive, outgoing and ready to take on practical tasks
• can build constructive cooperation with both residents, colleagues and relatives
• can reflect on one’s own and others’ practice and is open to learning
• has IT literacy at user level and preferably knows the professional system Nexus
• is responsible and reliable
• can work alone
• has a driving license and is willing to drive our bus

Working hours

The position is 37 hours per week on average. Work is performed according to a work time plan with rotating shifts, morning and evening work and weekend work every 3rd weekend, spread over all 365 days of the year.

Starting salary

SL collective agreement for a pedagogue without experience per month at full-time and excluding pension base salary step 27 = 31,385.00 DKK.

Annual base pay supplement = 14,827.00.

Total salary 33,439.06 DKK.

It should be noted that the final placement, cf. above, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education and qualifications according to the principles of Ny Løn.

We obtain a criminal record certificate in connection with employment with Slagelse Municipality.
