Nexøhuset is looking for a dedicated pedagog or staff member with another relevant professional background who is passionate about quality of life, self-determination, and professional development.

About the job

In Nexøhuset, 12 adults with substantial and permanent physical and mental functional limitations live. As an employee, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team where we together create a safe and meaningful daily life for the residents.

Your tasks include, among other things

• Support residents based on their resources, wishes and self-determination.
• Work with relationships, activities, structure, arousal regulation and alternative communication.
• Contribute to professional documentation, action plan work and development of the pedagogical practice.
• Participate in both pedagogical and health-care related tasks.

Nexøhuset is a residential facility in development with approximately 45 staff. The residents live in their own apartments, and the house has bright common areas and sensory-stimulating facilities. We are located close to both nature and the town, which provides good opportunities for activities and experiences.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and based on local pay-setting principles.

The position is 37 hours per week.
