We are looking for pedagogues for Dr. Louises Børnehus and Østervejs Børnehus, which are part of Børnehusene Fredensborg.

We are looking for you who want to help create safety, strengthen children's participation opportunities and support their development.

The positions are 37 hours and are available from January 1, 2027. We are open to your desired number of hours.

Welcome to Dr. Louises Børnehus - we are seeking pedagogues for both the toddler unit and the kindergarten

Dr. Louises Børnehus is an integrated institution with around 65 children aged 0 to 6 years. 25 toddlers and 40 kindergarten children. You will be part of a professionally strong team consisting of 6 pedagogues, 2 PAU students and 6 assistants.

Welcome to Østervejs Børnehus - we are seeking pedagogues for both the toddler unit and the kindergarten

Østervejs Børnehus is an integrated institution with around 38 children aged 0-6 years. 10 toddlers and 28 kindergarten children. You will be part of a strong professional team consisting of 3 pedagogues and 4 assistants.

Your future colleagues have a solid pedagogical foundation with a focus on reflection, both theoretical and practical. The two houses have joint strategy meetings every month focusing on development of learning environments, the children's voices, shared reflection and the next steps.

In our practice we create the framework for our children to develop, and here you can and shall translate your professional knowledge into positive learning environments – every day.

There is room for learning - also for the adults

As a pedagogue with us, you help create learning opportunities throughout the day. You help support development, formation, well-being and learning. We work with equal opportunities in learning opportunities and are mindful to give all children equal participation opportunities in their everyday life. In addition to weekly team meetings we meet for strategy meetings held from 17:00-19:00.

We have a joint Strategy Plan in Børnehusene Fredensborg see it here , which forms the basis for reflection, evaluation and the work with the action plan, which is a tool in our practice.
