At Sundby-Hvorup Boligselskab we are looking for a skilled and engaged technical property officer with a plumbing background , who is passionate about operation, maintenance and good service.

You will be part of a strong and well-functioning operations team, where we every day work to create safe, attractive and well-functioning surroundings for our residents. The position offers great variation, technical challenges and a daily life where you get the opportunity to put your professional skills to use.

The position is to be filled on 1 January 2027 or after further agreement. Your tasksAs a technical property officer you will play a central role in the daily operation of our housing departments. Your tasks will include:

• Operation, supervision and maintenance of heating, water and sanitation installations
• Troubleshooting and minor plumbing repairs in homes and common areas
• Supervision of technical plants and installations
• Energy optimization and focus on operational economic solutions
• Coordination and follow-up with external contractors
• Resident service and daily contact with residents
• Minor maintenance tasks on buildings and common areas
• Participation in winter readiness with snow removal and anti-slip measures
• Operation of machines and smaller contractor equipment

We expect that you

• Have a plumbing professional background
• Have experience with operation and maintenance of technical installations
• Work independently, structured and take responsibility for your tasks
• Have an eye for quality and good tidiness
• Are service-minded and thrive in contact with people
• Are a team player who contributes positively to the community
• Have a driving license for a passenger car
• Tractor license would be an advantage
