As an apprentice you are the store manager's right hand and your primary task is to lift sales, create a good atmosphere for customers and ensure an always nice and inviting store.

You should thrive with unforeseen challenges and be passionate to go the extra mile when needed, i.e. be the one wearing the leading jersey so it becomes fun to be both customer and employee in the store – we want it to be fun and profitable

Education is important to us in 7-Eleven.

We always train our apprentices to be able to live the dream of becoming store managers, so we set requirements, give responsibility, and let our apprentices become an integral part of operations, together with our skilled store managers.

Responsible for the store's operations

You work in close collaboration with the store manager, responsible for the store and daily operations, including:

• Achieve the daily and monthly sales figures and budgets
• Ordering goods
• Receiving and replenishment of goods
• Order and structure in the warehouse and office
• Preparation of food
• Compliance with the store's self-control program
• Cleaning routines in the store are systematized
• Execution of campaigns in accordance with the given deadlines
• Daily follow-up and adherence to depreciation budget
• Actively participate in status with focus on optimizing shrink results
• Contribute to compliance with internal guidelines
• Active participation in and around the store's events is expected
• Diverse ad hoc in a dynamic daily life
