Elitecom is looking for a skilled colleague for our finance department

We are busy and need a skilled bookkeeper to lift our finance function to the next level.

You should have a natural desire to run the bookkeeping and establish good routines. You have a firm grasp of the classical disciplines in bookkeeping and you can independently handle all routines.

What will you do?

• Posting of financial and accounts payable documents
• Posting of bank receipts and payments
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, including dunning of debtors
• VAT, settlement and reporting - including Intrastat
• Participate in month-end closing, reconciliations and accruals
• Diverse ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
• In other words, you will get hands-on with all bookkeeping tasks in close collaboration with your other colleagues at Elitecom

Who are you?

• You work in a structured, efficient manner and have attention to detail
• You can independently solve the tasks and have control of workflows and processes
• You take natural responsibility for the tasks and take pride in delivering quality on time
• You have an overview, also in busy periods and will see opportunities rather than limitations
• You have previously been involved in digitization and optimization processes
• You have a positive attitude and will contribute to a good working environment
• You are a quick learner and have a natural curiosity to always improve processes

What is your background?

• You are educated in economics and have several years of experience in the mentioned tasks
• You have experience with SAP Business One or solid experience from similar accounting software
• You have previously been accustomed to working independently in your duties
