At Automotive Center Hobro we are looking for a skilled and service-minded bookkeeper who wants to become part of our everyday life.

We are looking for you who not only thrives with numbers and accounting, but also has a smile on your face when the phone rings, or a customer walks in.

Your tasks

You will have a varied everyday life, where you will both work with bookkeeping and help with daily customer contact.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Daily bookkeeping and ongoing accounting tasks.
• Work in e-conomic .
• Handling receipts and invoices.
• Answering phone calls
• Welcoming customers and ensuring they feel well received.
• Diverse administrative tasks that keep everyday life running smoothly.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have experience with bookkeeping and preferably administrative work.
• Have knowledge of and can work independently in e-conomic.
• Are structured, responsible and pay attention to details.
• Are service-minded, approachable and smiling.
• Thrive with customer contact and can talk to many different people.
• Can work independently, but also be a good team player.

The most important is that you have control of the bookkeeping and at the same time are willing to help with the many different tasks that arise in a busy everyday life.
