Employee for sales and customer service – SoundStoreXL

SoundStoreXL is seeking an engaged and sales-oriented employee for our team in Risskov.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about good customer service, has a natural sales instinct and at the same time thrives with administrative tasks and a varied workday.

You will become part of our sales and customer service team, where you play a central role in daily customer contact and the administrative processes that support our e-commerce business.

Your tasks

• Sales and customer service via phone and e-mail
• Advice on our products within musical instruments, audio and lighting
• Follow-up on customer inquiries
• Order processing as well as handling of returns and complaints
• Creation and maintenance of products in our webshop
• Follow-up on supplier orders and expected deliveries
• Administrative routines, registrations and ongoing controls
• Assistance to our accounting department and purchasing department

Your background

We would like you to have experience from sales, customer service, retail or e-commerce. Experience with webshop administration, product creation and order processing as well as familiarity with musical instruments and audio equipment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Practical information

Work location: SoundStoreXL , Norddigesvej 4, 8240 Risskov

Working hours: 37 hours per week. The working hours are scheduled by agreement within normal office hours Monday to Friday.

Start date: 4 January 2027.
