Customer service representative for online bank – join our growing team.

As a customer service representative you will be an important part of a team that works with everything from onboarding new customers to daily support and close collaboration with our payments and debt collection department.

Your main tasks

• Provide customers with clear and correct information about our products, services and payment solutions
• Prospect and follow up with potential customers according to predefined strategies
• Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and internal guidelines
• Develop a solid understanding of our digital banking solutions and communicate them clearly to customers
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone and SMS
• Create a positive and professional customer experience at all touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal teams – especially payments and debt collection – to ensure smooth processes
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and other inquiries in customer service
• Contribute to a positive and supportive working environment

Additional responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation of sales and performance reports
• Contribute to training and mentoring of new colleagues
• Help document and update internal procedures
• Provide input for improvements to workflows, systems and processes
• Execute tasks as needed in coordination with the head of new markets

Your profile

• You speak and write Danish and English
• You have experience in finance, customer service or sales
• You communicate clearly, professionally and purposefully
• You work in a structured way, take responsibility and have an eye for detail
• You thrive in a team but can also work independently
• You are used to working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
