Engdalskolen is seeking two relationship-driven teachers for two permanent positions in Mathematics, Science and Technology, Physical Education, as well as Craft and Design at the middle school and in the lower primary.

Vi søger to engagerede lærere pr. 1. november 2026 (eller snarest derefter) først og fremmest med linjefag i matematik og naturfag. Derudover vil det være godt, hvis du også har håndværk og design og/eller idræt som linjefag.

We are seeking two engaged teachers as of 1 November 2026 (or as soon as possible), primarily with major subjects in mathematics and science. Additionally, it would be good if you also have craft and design and/or physical education as majors.

Stillingen på mellemtrinnet er en fuldtidsstilling, hvor du vil være tilknyttet to klasser på 4.-årgang som klasselærer. Du skal undervise i matematik, natur/teknik og derudover varetage håndværk og design på 4.- og 6.-årgang samt et par idrætstimer på mellemtrinnet.

The position at the middle level is a full-time role, where you will be attached to two classes in 4th grade as a form teacher. You will teach mathematics, science/technology and also handle craft and design for 4th- and 6th-grade as well as a couple of physical education lessons at the middle level.

Stillingen til indskolingen er en 80% ansættelse, hvor der på sigt vil være mulighed for, at ansættelsesgraden vil kunne øges til 100%. Stillingen vil omfatte nogenlunde de samme fag og også en klasselærerfunktion som i ovennævnte stilling, men hele stillingens indhold er på nuværende tidspunkt endnu ikke afklaret.

The position in the early years is an 80% appointment, with the possibility over time for the appointment to increase to 100%. The position will include roughly the same subjects and also a class teacher function as in the above position, but the full content of the position is not yet clarified.

Begge lærere vil blive en del af erfarne og sammentømrede årgangsteam, hvor samarbejde, faglighed og fællesskab går hånd i hånd.

Om Engdalskolen

Engdalskolen is a diverse and attractive public school with about 1050 students. The school is organized so that one is anchored in 0-5/6th year or 5/6-9th year to support good transitions for students.

The school is located in a scenic area in Gl. Brabrand – close to forest, lake and Brabrandstien – and has about 70 teachers and 30 pedagogical staff. We are the local area’s preferred school, and that obliges. We work purposefully to create broader student communities and participation opportunities for all children – among other things through action learning with focus on observation and feedback, including constructive and binding collaboration with colleagues and leadership.

We believe that relationships and community are the foundation for learning and well-being, and we work every day to develop courage and resilience in our students.

Løn og ansættelsesvilkår

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination is by negotiation with the eligible union based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for the salary determination
