About the tasks

We are looking for an intern for our water and drainage department in Aarhus. Here we work with everything from hydraulics, climate adaptation and sewerage. At AFRY we develop sustainable, buildable solutions and advise on projects that create value for future generations.

You will become part of a professional professional community with focus on knowledge sharing and good collaboration. Your everyday life will be characterized by skilled colleagues, a strong social community, professional challenges and a great degree of influence.

In your internship you will, among other things, try your hand at

• advice and design of drainage, sewer and climate adaptation
• hydraulic calculations, from screenings to model calculations
• dialogue with stakeholders (utility companies, clients and authorities)
• collaboration with our landscape architects
• participation in meetings with external parties as well as supervisory tasks.

The internship starts in early February 2027.

Qualifications

We imagine that you are currently studying to become an engineer in construction and building design.

We expect that you

• can work independently and take initiative
• are proactive and eager to learn
• are a team player and thrive in an environment with sparring and constructive, solution-oriented dialogue.
