Construction Manager for Arkil's Civil Engineering Division in Aalborg

Do you want to be close to production and have responsibility that construction projects are planned and carried out safely and efficiently? At Arkil in Aalborg we are looking for a construction manager who thrives in the collaboration between the construction site, project management, and partners.

About the job

You are part of the construction department in Aalborg and work closely with foremen, project managers/project director and the executing organization on our construction projects.

As a construction manager you have an important role in daily planning and coordination. You monitor production closely, keep track of quantities, quality and documentation, and help ensure that the right materials, suppliers and subcontractors are ready when needed.

The role suits someone who already has a couple of years of industry experience and is used to working closely with production and is ready to take on greater responsibility on the construction projects.

Your primary tasks

• Plan and coordinate the daily execution together with the project team
• Follow up on production, progress, quantities and economy
• Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
• Work with quality assurance and project documentation
• Actively contribute to safety and the working environment on the projects

Your qualifications

Industry knowledge and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with the mentioned tasks is the most important.
