Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality seeks two engaged and competent nurses for the Municipal Nursing.

We are experiencing increasing complexity in the local health service and are therefore looking for nurses with clinical leadership who want to take responsibility, create an overview and structure, and ensure a safe and competent effort for the citizens.

About the positions

We are looking for

• 1 nurse for Nursing South (Faaborg)
• 1 nurse for Nursing North (Ringe)

These are two permanent positions of 37 hours per week.

The positions are in the visiting nursing service with work locations either

• Nursing North, Floravej 17A, 5750 Ringe
• Nursing South, Sundvænget 5, 5600 Faaborg

We offer flexibility regarding working hours

• Mainly day shifts with a few evening or night shifts as well as weekend shifts every 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week by agreement.

You will have the opportunity to work with many different tasks within treatment, observation, coordination, and collaboration with relatives as well as internal and external partners. We work rehabilitatively and support citizens in managing their own illness and health with as much independence as possible.

• Has solid experience and thrives on taking clinical leadership.
• Is professionally ambitious and can work both independently and cross-disciplinary.
• Can coordinate the nursing care in collaboration with other actors.
• Works in a structured way and views documentation as an important tool to ensure high quality in nursing.
• Is positive, reflective and thrives in a busy and changing everyday life.
• Wishes for an exciting and varied workday in close collaboration with nursing colleagues as well as cross-disciplinary colleagues in the holistic care.
• Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a good collegial community.

About us

The Municipal Nursing in Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality consists of about 80 nurses distributed between Nursing North in Ringe and Nursing South in Faaborg.

We are facing an exciting organizational change, where nursing becomes an integrated part of holistic care. The goal is to strengthen the continuity of citizen pathways and create even better opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration for the benefit of the citizens.

The complexity of municipal nursing is increasing in step with the development of the local health service, and we actively wish to contribute to this development. Therefore we seek nurses who want to be part of shaping the future municipal nursing.

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
