Langgadehus is currently seeking a social- and health care assistant who will function both as a social- and health care assistant and as a training supervisor. In addition to you at Langgadehus playing an important role in creating calm, safety and quality of life for the residents, you will also be part of our educational environment.

You will collaborate closely with our education manager and our other training supervisors in the house to create a learning, safe and developmental learning environment, so we can give our students the best foundation for their continued progress in education, and so we can be part of educating skilled employees for the health- and care professions of the future.

Your tasks as a training supervisor will include

• create safe, learning and present days for your learners in the programs
• conduct various conversations in the training program in collaboration with our education manager
• collaborate with training supervisors across departments and functions
• support a good learning environment and prioritisation of study time

We imagine that you

• are trained as a training supervisor with a basic education as a social- and health care assistant
• have professional experience, preferably with training programs, but this is not a requirement, and thrive on taking responsibility and creating overview
• can work independently, but thrive in a strong community
• are curious about development
• focus on both the learners' and residents' well-being
• are willing to be part of a workplace in motion

Salary and employment terms

The position is 37 hours per week with weekend shifts every third week. We hope you can start as soon as possible. Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable agreement and within the framework of local pay formation. In connection with any employment we will take references and obtain a criminal record check.
