Your professionalism should be felt

As a nurse you will have a central role in clinical leadership. You must be visible and present and help ensure that the nursing professional efforts around the residents are professionally sound.

You should, among other things

• use your clinical leadership actively in everyday life
• ensure that the 24-hour rhythm plans are updated and reflect the residents0s current needs
• identify and follow up on nursing professional issues
• coordinate and ensure that the right competencies and resources are brought into play
• provide professional sparring and guidance to colleagues
• contribute to developing and elevating the professional quality throughout the entire staff group
• be curious about our practice and dare to ask: "Can we do this even better?"

You don0t need to know it all

Perhaps you have experience from the elderly care sector or primary sector. Perhaps you come from the hospital. Perhaps you are a newly qualified nurse.

The most important for us is that you want to use your professionalism, learn new things and be part of the community.

It is an advantage if you know KMD Nexus and have experience from the primary sector, but this is not a requirement.

We provide a good introduction and give you time to get to know the house, the residents and your new colleagues.
