About the position

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily leadership and development of a healthcare professional team that works with counseling and visitation of our customers. You will play a central role in ensuring high professional quality, strong results and an motivating working environment where employees thrive and develop.

You report to the Head of Department for the somatic area and are part of the team leader group in Customers & Health, where you contribute to the overall development and results creation across the area.

Your main tasks

• Daily people management of a healthcare professional team with focus on well-being, development and performance
• Ensure that the team's work is performed according to applicable processes, quality standards and operational models
• Create strong collaborative relationships across teams, departments and relevant partners
• Follow up on and optimize the team's healthcare professional and operational KPIs
• Identify, develop and retain employees' competencies
• Contribute to the professional development of the area in close collaboration with the Head of Department and other team leaders
• Ensure the right resource and competency mix in the team, including participating in recruitment
• Maintain high employee satisfaction, low sickness absence and a good working environment
• Contribute to continuous improvements that support high quality, efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Your profile

• You have +5 years of solid and proven experience with people management, including experience in leading larger teams
• You have experience from the healthcare professional area or the insurance industry
• You have a strong healthcare professional understanding, and it is a clear advantage if you personally have a healthcare education
• You have an understanding of operations and business
• You work in a structured, proactive way and are good at prioritizing
• You are a motivating and appreciative leader who can create engagement and development among your employees
• You are solution-oriented, decisive and able to drive progress in a complex everyday life
• You have strong collaboration skills and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
