We are looking for wonderful people over 18 who want a part-time job or gap-year job with people at the center. A job where you go home knowing you have made a difference.

Who are we?

Bavne Ager is a private respite home with 72 residents – and yes, it is a care home.

But it is also

There is room to breathe – both physically and humanly.

What will you do?

You will become an important part of everyday life

• Help with daily care
• Create good moments and presence
• Take part in activities and socializing
• Step in when there is a need for extra hands

You don't need experience – we provide thorough training.

The most important thing is that you are responsible, curious and want to be there for others.
