Evening and night shift worker sought for food production in Faxe

Flexible job with freedom and independence – perfect for you who study or as extra employment!

Do you want to help produce some of the most popular dressing brands in Spain and Sweden – or sauces for the Copenhagen cult restaurant Warpigs by Mikkeller?

At 1 Dressing we are a young and ambitious food company experiencing strong growth. We produce dressings and sauces for customers in both Denmark and the rest of Europe.

We are now seeking a flexible and responsible per diem/temporary worker for our evening and night production, who thrives working independently and can step in as needed.

🕒 Working hours and flexibility

• The working hours are between 16:00 and 02:00, Monday to Thursday .
• You will be called in as needed, and there are no guaranteed hours.
• The length and number of shifts depend on production.
• The position is ideal as a student job or as a supplement to other employment.

👤 Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are reliable, responsible and independent.
• Thrive in your own company and do not need constant activity.
• Have patience and can handle periods of waiting.
• Are flexible and can step in when production requires it.
• Have a positive attitude and are ready to learn new things.
• Ideally have experience from food production, but that is absolutely not a requirement.

It is important that you enjoy working alone. The production involves periods where the machines are running, and your primary task is to monitor the process. There may therefore be a lot of downtime between active tasks.

🏭 Your tasks

You will be trained in our production processes, and your tasks will include

• Preparation and weighing of raw materials.
• Operation and monitoring of our production equipment.
• Performing simple quality checks, for example temperature and pH.
• Monitoring production processes.
• Cleaning and CIP (Cleaning in Place) of production equipment.
• Other practical tasks in production.

⭐ What do we offer?

• A flexible job that can easily be combined with studies.
• Thorough training – you do not need experience in the industry.
• An autonomous workday with responsibility and freedom.
• An informal work environment with short decision-making paths.
• The opportunity to become part of a growing company.
