Do you want to help create more and more loyal supporters and energize the community through events and experiences – from Odense Stadium to the rest of Funen? Then we are looking for an event coordinator apprentice.

Odense Boldklub is Southern Denmark's largest sports brand, and with a growing fan base we need an apprentice who dares to lead and create new opportunities. You are passionate about OB, love football and understand the football world. Together with us you will create striped experiences and strong communities on Funen – and ensure the best possible stadium experience for our fans.

What does the job involve?

You learn to

• Plan events on match days
• Book artists and ensure high quality content on match days
• Plan offers to our young stripes and ensure that we are always relevant for our younger fans
• Be responsible for and lead a team on the day of the match
• Handle administrative tasks, including evaluation of events
• Manage the annual calendar and coordinate tasks

We are looking for an apprentice who

• Has a strong interest in OB, sport and the events industry
• Wants to take responsibility and learn to drive projects to completion
• Is structured and would like to become good at keeping an overview in busy situations
• Likes to communicate and collaborate with others
• Is flexible and ready to work when required – also evenings and weekends
• Has energy and passion for creating the best experience for our fans and the community

The position starts in the beginning of January 2027.

School placement during the education

As part of the event coordinator education, there are mandatory school placements at TietgenSkolen in Odense within the following subject areas:

• Event law and playbook
• Event and idea development
• Rules, safety and quality
• Project management and event economics

In addition, there are between 2 and 6 weeks of elective study, which are also held at TietgenSkolen in Odense.
