About the job

Do you want to be the administrative key person who creates overview and structure for the management in a busy organization?

Then you might be our new management support at the health education programs at UCL Business Academy and College of Professional Higher Education.

As of December 1, 2026 we are seeking a skilled and service-minded management supporter, who thrives with a wide range of tasks and is motivated to be the one who makes everyday life run smoothly. You will become an important partner to the management and take on a central role in supporting planning, coordination and administrative processes.

About the position

You will be part of the health education programs, where your focus will be to support the education programs for bioanalyst, occupational therapist, physiotherapist and radiographer. You will be organized in a joint secretariat at Health, while in daily work you will collaborate closely with the head of education and the four education leaders in the area you are affiliated with. Here you will also be an important partner for the entire department.

The daily work is characterized by many different tasks and stakeholders, and therefore we are looking for a person who thrives on creating an overview, keeping track of details and ensuring follow-up on decisions and agreements.

Your tasks

Your tasks will include, among others

  • Preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Calendar management and practical coordination of meetings
  • Support follow-up on decisions, deadlines and activities
  • Simpler financial tasks, including invoicing
  • Preparation of overviews, presentations and decision briefings
  • Support of various administrative processes across the education programs
  • Coordination across the organization and contact with internal and external collaborators

We imagine that you

We imagine that you have an office education or another relevant administrative education and experience with management support, secretarial services or similar functions. You are strong in written communication and formulate clear minutes and decision summaries. At the same time you work independently and structured, take initiative and are good at prioritizing your tasks.

We place particular emphasis on the fact that you

We place particular emphasis on you working in a structured way and creating overview for others. You are proactive and follow up on tasks and agreements, and you meet colleagues and partners with a naturally service-oriented approach. At the same time you are able to stay calm and maintain quality, even when there are many balls in the air. You are a positive collaborating partner who contributes to a good working environment, and you have an eye for both detail and the whole. Additionally you are digitally strong and quickly get to know new systems.

Why you should choose us

With us you will become part of a professionally strong environment with dedicated employees and leaders who work to educate the health professionals of the future.

Here you will get a central role close to the management, where you will gain in-depth knowledge of the organization’s work and the many facets of the education world.

We offer a varied position with extensive contact surface, independent responsibility and opportunity to influence work processes and workflows.

Employment

You will be employed from December 1, 2026 or upon agreement. The position is 37 hours on average per week.

Your primary workplace will be at UCL Business Academy and College of Professional Higher Education, Niels Bohrs Allé 1, 5230 Odense M., but you should expect meetings at UCL’s other locations in Jelling, Vejle, Odense and Svendborg.
