Dear experienced assistant or PAU, come and join the group of 35 colleagues, 2 department heads, a manager and 150 lovely children.

We are divided into four portals/teams: two toddler portals with 25 children each and two kindergarten portals with 50 children each. One portal houses three rooms.

Work is structured with group division and weekly plans as well as sharp organization throughout the day – all to create room and time for immersion and presence.

With us, care and patience and the child perspective are key words, and everyday life is characterized by both child- initiated and guided play as well as other planned activities, laid out from our annual wheel and process map – with the Pedagogy of Community and the big WE in sight.

We are inspired by NEST and a sensorimotor approach in our pedagogy, and we work with three defined grips: adult positioning, everyday visualization and time timers.
