About the job

Are you passionate about housing administration, and would you like to be part of a small, competent and engaged team? Do you have a sense for structure, numbers and service, and are you motivated to make a difference in a value-based organization?

At OK-Fonden we are looking for a housing officer who can help ensure professional administration of our housing and at the same time create great experiences for residents, relatives and partners.

Based in OK-Huset you will be an important part of an organization where we work for people to pursue their dreams and live life – all life. We are looking for a colleague who is motivated to be part of a value-based organization and can help us deliver high quality and good service to our residents.

Your role in OK-Fonden

You will be part of OK-Fonden’s housing department, which consists of seven colleagues who work closely together on administration and operation of our housing areas and private care homes.

As a housing officer you will have responsibility for your own portfolio of properties and a broad range of tasks, including:

  • Administration of properties from A-Z, including move-ins and move-outs, lease agreements and other administrative tasks.
  • Responsibility for your own property portfolio.
  • Ongoing bookkeeping of invoices, cash reconciliations and other accounting-related tasks.
  • Daily dialogue with residents, relatives, municipalities and other partners.
  • Participation in rent runs, reminder runs and waitlist charges.
  • Other tasks related to housing economics and housing administration.

You will have a daily routine with a high degree of contact and the opportunity to work independently, while being part of a professionally strong team.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have a relevant educational background and a minimum of three years’ experience with property administration.

In addition we value that you

  • Are IT-savvy and have good skills in Excel.
  • Would be happy to have experience with EG Bolig3, but it is not a requirement.
  • Work independently and take initiative.
  • Have a good overview and thrive with many tasks at once.
  • Are structured, detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
  • See opportunities rather than limitations.
  • Have a positive, welcoming and service-minded approach to both colleagues and partners.

As a person you are collaborative, responsible and motivated to create good solutions for the benefit of both the organization and the people we work for.

What we offer you

At OK-Fonden it’s about people – including you. Therefore we offer

  • A meaningful position in a value-based organization with an important social mission.
  • A varied daily life with independent responsibility and good opportunities for professional development.
  • Close collaboration with dedicated and helpful colleagues.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home in respect of the task execution.
  • A bright and attractive office facility centrally in Copenhagen.
  • Lunch scheme and health insurance.
  • An informal work environment where we help each other and focus on both well-being and professionalism.
