Experienced sales coordinator/case handler for one of Denmark's best-selling home stores

We are looking for an experienced and service-minded sales coordinator/case handler with a background in the real estate brokerage industry, who wishes to become an important part of a busy and successful business.

Your primary tasks

As a sales coordinator/case handler you will among other things

• Handle cases in both pre-sale and post-sale
• Prepare purchase agreements and other legal documents
• Oversee the closing/settlement of transactions
• Handle correspondence with lawyers, banks and other partners
• Ensure an efficient and professional case flow from start to finish

If you have experience with buyer advisory, there is also the possibility to combine the role with this.

We are looking for a colleague who

• Has experience from the real estate brokerage industry, preferably as a licensed real estate agent, but the most important is that you bring the right professional competences and industry insight
• Has extensive experience with case handling and purchase agreements
• Works in a structured way and has a good eye for detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with many balls in the air
• Is service-minded, responsible and self-driven
• Contributes positively to the team and highly values collaboration
• Is professionally ambitious and motivated by delivering quality in your work
