• Think anew and be innovative in the way we solve tasks.
• Be closely involved with both employees and citizens in the task solution.

We are entering a really exciting time, not only in Vejen Municipality, but also nationally with the new elder reform, which emphasizes liberation and trust in elderly care. We are well on our way in Vejen Municipality and have established smaller TEAMS in home care, as well as interdisciplinary conferences. Here the Home Care, Nursing, the Visitations, and other resource persons, such as training therapists and dementia consultants, participate.

Who are we

We are a home care group in Vejen that helps citizens in Vejen and surroundings. We are about 55 employees distributed across 2 day shifts and 2 evening shifts. We are a mix of both SSA/SSH and hour-based substitutes. We drive out from Drejervej, and we have a shared location with Home Care Vejen North and the Nurses.

Practical info

The position is 37 hours in the primary daytime shift. You will be part of the operation, and it is coordinated with 50% as professional coordinator / 50% field SSA.

Start as soon as possible. Interviews are held continuously, and if we find the right person, we will hire before the application deadline 5/11-26.
