Family therapists wanted for Carelink Group in Central- and South Zealand

Are you qualified and experienced in family therapy and the specialized child field?

Carelink Gruppen, Social & Familie is seeking experienced family therapists for permanent or project-based assignments on Zealand with a primary portfolio of tasks in Næstved Municipality.

Carelink Gruppen is Denmark's largest welfare group. In the Social & Family department we work closely with municipalities across the country to help children, youths and families with special needs and complex issues. We deliver interventions under the Children’s Act, such as family therapy, supported and supervised contact, support for parents with children in care, contact person arrangements, etc.

About you

We are looking for someone who has

• Professional bachelor’s degree as pedagogue, social worker or similar – preferably with relevant postgraduate/continuing education such as a family therapist or similar.
• Documented practical experience with family therapy in the specialized children and youth field.
• In-depth knowledge of the Children’s Act as well as experience with written documentation via the ICS method.
• Strong written communication skills for professional, precise and respectful case presentation.
• Good relationship skills and a professional, calm approach to children, youths and families in difficult life situations.
• Ability to act independently, structured and with high professional integrity in daily work.

Your tasks

The tasks are tailored to your concrete experience and competencies. This may include

• Planning and execution of family therapy programs.
• Supported and supervised contact.
• Support person role for parents of children in care.
• Targeted interventions and guidance in accordance with written action plans.
• Written professional documentation and follow-up.

Workplace

The area covers the entire Zealand, but the tasks are primarily in Næstved Municipality and the rest of Central- and South Zealand depending on the individual assignment. As there is travel involved with the position, it is a requirement that you have a driver’s license and your own car.
