About the job

Are you passionate about working with families in vulnerable positions – both preventive and in more intensive programs?

Then we have an exciting position where you will be part of both Family House and Skansen in Frederikshavn Municipality.

About Family House and Skansen

Family House is a municipal offering in Frederikshavn Municipality, that works with preventive and treatment interventions for children, young people and their families aged 0-18 years. Interventions range from shorter counseling periods to longer-term family treatment with a focus on strengthening well-being, relationships and parenting. The work has both a pedagogical and therapeutic aim and often takes place in close collaboration with the families and their networks.

Skansen is a more specialized and intensive offering for families with children aged 0–14 years, where there is a need for a comprehensive and holistic intervention. The target group is families where previous preventive interventions have not been sufficient, and where placement may be at stake. Skansen works relationally and family-oriented with both developmental and compensatory interventions – in the home, in the local environment and in Skansen's own facilities.

Common to Family House and Skansen is a strong focus on quality, professional development and close collaboration with the families' networks and other partners.
