Take responsibility, development and skilled colleagues

As the person responsible for the fashion department, you will personally handle all parts of the operation in the department. This means that you will have workdays that are rarely the same, and where you are responsible for:

• Sell as well as advise and service the customers
• Unpack goods
• Make the store sale-ready
• Generally ensure that there is control over the fashion department

As the fashion manager you ensure that the department runs smoothly. You are present in the store and act as a backup for the employees. It is your responsibility that practical tasks are carried out, and that the department reaches its goals. You ensure that the employees are involved in the development of the store, and that everyone feels like contributing and coming up with ideas. When the team functions, you have completed your task well.

We do not do things according to a heavy manual. It is you who make things happen and it is your ideas and creativity that should create the new framework for a delicious and inspiring department that can delight and inspire our customers.

It would be an advantage to have industry knowledge, as well as solid sales experience from retail, which has given you a good understanding of personal selling, since you touch all of our product range.
