Full-time care helper and permanent substitutes wanted – Is that for you?

I am a 69-year-old woman living in my own house with my husband in Hjordkær/Rødekro. There are no pets on the property. I suffer from cerebral palsy, sit in a wheelchair, and need to be lifted to the toilet and bathtub chair with a ceiling lift.

I am looking for a full-time employed helper, and I am looking for some fixed substitutes who can step in for example during holidays and illness.

The positions

There are two roles: a full-time position with about 5-7 night shifts per month , and a substitute/temporary position with variable hours .

The job entails, among other things

• Personal care.
• Transfers.
• Driving (driving license B).
• Practical work in the house, including cleaning and cooking.

It is an advantage if you have experience with operating a ceiling lift and catheter care, but training will of course take place.

There is 24/7 coverage, and I will call you via an alarm when needed.

You have access to your own on-call room, and you must bring your own duvet, pillow, sheet, cover, and house shoes.

About you

• Aged between 30-50 years.
• Female employee preferred.
• You must be able to communicate clearly in Danish, both written and spoken.
• You must be empathetic and interested in contributing to making my everyday life as good as possible.
• You must have the opportunity to step in when the need for substitution arises, for example during holidays or illness.
• You can also be a student who is looking for a good and stable substitute job.

Start: as soon as possible – I hire when the right person is found.

It is the financial assessment and regulations of the individual municipality that we follow and determine pay according to. All information about salary will naturally be available via your caregiver profile. All caregivers receive holiday pay of 12.5% of their salary, which is paid into Feriekonto.
