We are seeking…

A passionate teacher-educated and competent instructor who highly values close teamwork and constructive collaboration with parents, the board, colleagues and the management.

If you have a reading support teacher qualification or would like to train as a reading support teacher, that would be a great advantage.

You work purposefully to ensure students' learning and development, and you support students' well-being so that everyone has the best conditions to perform well in their future schooling.

You are a skilled and clear classroom leader who ensures a good structure for the students – and you must make your decisions based on didactic and subject reflections and justifications.

You are the type who takes pride in reflecting on your own practice and bringing this into play to create better teaching and you work with privileged positions and participation opportunities for more students.

You possess the will and ability to establish positive relationships with every student, and you take responsibility to create a safe relationship with the students, a close collaboration with parents and a strong learning community.

The timetable includes, among other things

• 4th grade - Danish and class teacher tasks
• 4th grade Christianity and visual arts
• 7th grade Danish with 8 students
• 2nd-7th grade physical education

The interviews will take place at Vemb School on Wednesday 28 October 2026.

The position is a permanent 37-hour appointment with employment from 1 December 2026.
