For a permanent NIGHT SHIFT.

As a long-serving employee plans to retire, we have a vacant position for our night shift consisting of 4 SSA positions and 2 SSH positions. The night shift has chosen to work in a 7-7 shift, but this is not a requirement to apply for the position. The position is 28 hours per week and to be filled by December 1, 2026. Salary according to the current collective agreement between FOA and KL.

You will become part of a close-knit group with extensive experience. The group is to some extent self-organizing, which also means that you can expect flexibility from the group/workplace side. The group reports to one of our leading nurses.

We expect that you have a heart for the residents we are here for, that you are a team player, and that you value your professional skills highly. It is something, or something similar, that you have heard before, but simply it is about contributing to our overall objective of

We value a good working environment, and have a flat structure with an open and welcoming tone both collegial and managerial. You will experience that we have an interdisciplinary approach to tasks, care, nursing and therapists among each other.

The concept of rehabilitation exists in many contexts. At Caspershus we have extended it to “life-oriented rehabilitation” as a nursing professional approach. This means that we constantly pay attention to the resident's current situation so we adjust care and other help not merely according to what the resident can and cannot do, but according to how the resident's entire life situation is right now here. Caspershus is an independent institution with a board as the highest authority, and we have a service agreement with Frederikshavn Municipality for the institution's 60 places. 10 of these are in a sheltered section for residents with dementia. In addition to the 60 apartments, we have a training center for residents, and for residents referred to ambulant training.
