Permanent position as a school pedagogue for the lower primary at Bavnebakkeskolen

As one of our skilled pedagogues has sought new challenges, we are looking for a professionally engaged and relationship-strong pedagogue for a permanent position of 32 hours per week with start on 1 December 2026.

The position includes hours in school and SFO. As a pedagogue you will act as a link between school and SFO, you will work closely with a year-level and class team consisting of teachers and other pedagogues. In daily practice we emphasise that you as a pedagogue are conscious of creating safe and positive frameworks and communities, where there is room for everyone both academically and socially.

We work purposefully to strengthen the communities among the children and to create a culture where everyone experiences that they are valuable and have a co-responsibility in creating a good and positive everyday life with room for play and learning.

About Bavnebakkeskolen

Bavnebakkeskolen is on its way to becoming a four-track public school. The school is located in the middle of Støvring town with easy access to public transport. We have about 850 pupils distributed across grades 0-9. Kernehuset, which is the school's SFO, is divided into two departments: Kernerne for 0th and 1st grade, Stilkene for 2nd and 3rd grade, and we have SFO2, Friluren for 4th-6th grade.

Bavnebakkeskolen is a school where community, well-being and learning go hand in hand. In the early years we work purposefully to create safe frameworks and clear structures for the youngest children. We have a close collaboration between pedagogues, teachers and parents, where play, learning and children's communities are thought together – both in teaching and in SFO.

It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar position as a school pedagogue
