What can we offer

We believe that the best results are achieved in close interplay between the citizen, the companies and us as professionals. Therefore dialogue, involvement and shared responsibility are central elements in our work. Our professionalism should create value for both the citizen, the companies and the community.

With us you will get

  • A workplace where collaboration, both internally and externally, is a natural part of everyday life.
  • Good opportunities for professional and personal development through sparring, learning and a strong focus on well-being.
  • Opportunity to make a real difference for citizens, companies and partners through a meaningful effort.
  • An department characterized by great commitment, high professionalism, strong collegial cohesion and a good working environment, where both employees and management are passionate about the task.

  • Flexible Friday with the possibility of remote work, providing good conditions for deep focus and independent task solving.
  • Fruit scheme, health scheme, free coffee and tea and other staff advantages contributing to a good working day.

As an employee you will have the opportunity to obtain

  • A central role in supporting the citizen’s path back to the labour market through a professional, holistic and business-oriented approach.
  • A job with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to influence the solutions.
  • A workplace where the Citizen at the Center is more than a principle – it is the starting point for how we work.
  • An exciting and challenging work area with focus on creating results, progression and value for the citizens.
  • A close multidisciplinary collaboration and broad contact with citizens, companies and partners.

We expect you to

  • Work purposefully to develop the citizen’s work ability and opportunities in the labour market with a view to the citizen obtaining or regaining attachment to the labour market as quickly as possible.
  • Be able to motivate and inspire the citizen toward work, education and participation in relevant offerings that support the path back to the labour market.

  • Are skilled at creating professional and trustworthy relationships with citizens and can balance support, motivation and the authority role.
  • Have an eye for the citizen’s resources, opportunities and needs and can translate this into concrete actions and solutions.
  • Thrive in working with change processes and see the value in small steps that create progression toward the labour market.
  • Are passionate about motivating and supporting the citizen in achieving their goals and see multidisciplinary collaboration as a strength in the effort.

  • Are curious, solution-oriented and able to think creatively when the path to the right solution is not straight.
  • Thrive in a everyday life with many collaboration interfaces and actively contribute to good collaboration both internally and externally.

Who are we?

You will become part of the Sick Leave Department. We are about 40 employees in the department, distributed across the following teams:

  • 1 team working with retention
  • 1 team with sick leave unemployed
  • 1 team with job clarification pathways
  • 1 team with job consultants

In the department we work with a high degree of self-management and a strong shared responsibility for the core task. We believe the best solutions are created collectively, and therefore we work from the principle that it is "our citizens" and not "my citizens" . The work is supported by two professional coordinators who contribute with sparring, professional development and quality in task execution.

You will become part of Team Ill and MCM Job Clarification , where we work purposefully to create progression and help citizens back to the labour market.

We have an ambition to be among the best at supporting citizens’ path back to work and education. It requires skilled employees who are passionate about their professional field and collaboration with both citizens, companies and colleagues. With us you will meet engaged, competent and responsible colleagues who value professional sparring, knowledge sharing and a strong collegial community – both professionally and socially.

JobKolding has two central core tasks: To help citizens in work or education and to support the needs of companies for qualified labour. We succeed best when we meet citizens and companies where they are and create solutions through dialogue, collaboration and a shared understanding of the goal.
