Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner who takes responsibility for the financial decision support across the organization. You translate data and analyses into business insight that strengthens the decision basis, priorities and results. As Finance Business Partner you are a central collaboration partner for the company's management members and ensure high quality in analyses, reporting, budgets, forecasts and financial follow-up.

The role requires that you are willing to take ownership of tasks from analysis to action and follow up on ensuring that recommendations are translated into concrete results in the business.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• Ensure financial decision support to management.
• Prepare accounts and financial decision briefs.
• Drive budget, forecast and follow-up processes and ensure controlling and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Ensure tight financial controlling and consistent follow-up on deviations
• Develop KPIs, management reporting and liquidity analyses
• Identify risks and improvement potentials and ensure follow-up on agreed actions and results.

The group is located on Funen
