About the job

Do you have experience at the intersection of Financial Crime Prevention and IT? And do you want to use your competencies in a role where you make a difference both in the role and through the activities that characterize us? Then you may be our new Financial Crime Prevention Specialist and process consultant at Denmark's Export and Investment Fund (EIFO).

As part of strengthening EIFO's Financial Crime Prevention area, we are seeking a new specialist who can create coherence between business, processes, data and systems. The role is newly established and part of a cross-disciplinary team responsible for developing and maturing the FCP area across the organization.

Your role

As our new Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Specialist you are the link between FCP and IT. You take broad ownership of the FCP processes and effectively communicate the needs of the FCP area to the colleagues you collaborate with in IT and business development.

In the role you will work on translating regulatory requirements and business needs into concrete solutions that support an efficient and coherent FCP value chain. Together with colleagues across the organization you contribute to identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring that development takes place with an end-to-end perspective across the entire area.

You report to the Head of FCP.

Your competencies

  • Broad and deep professional expertise – you have deep insight into the typical FCP processes, including KYC, ODD and EDR. In addition, you have good knowledge of sanctions screening and ABC.
  • Experience collaborating with IT – you are used to working with IT people and “speaking their language.” In this way you can contribute to effective and value-creating changes.
  • Thrives in complexity – you recognize that complexity and challenges in system landscapes, data foundations and processes are a given, and you focus on solutions rather than problems.
  • Process- and development-oriented – you can map existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities and translate regulatory and business needs into concrete solutions.
  • Business-oriented – you can see the connections between regulatory requirements, operational processes and technical solutions and translate this into concrete improvements.
  • Collegial - you will need to work with colleagues across departments, so it is important that you are good at relationships and contribute to motivation and a positive mood in your collaborative relationships.
  • Customer focus – you are fully aware that compliance with FCP requirements must be combined with the best possible customer processes.

In EIFO, FCP is part of the credit area, which in addition to credit also includes financial analyses and ESG.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have

  • A background as banking, law or economics combined with practical experience in AML/CFT, sanctions and ABC in a financial institution
  • Solid experience collaborating with IT in the FCP area
  • Good experience with process development, implementation of new solutions, or major change initiatives
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to deliver results and make a difference
  • Motivation to work at the intersection of professional specialization, business and technology

Our values

You will become a culture carrier for EIFO's three values

  • Simplicity – you contribute to an overview and clear prioritizations
  • Business focus – you ensure that we develop the right thing, not just the possible
  • Trust – you promote openness, professionalism and collaboration

What we offer – a clear purpose and attractive terms

At EIFO you work for the future of Danish business life – and you have the opportunity to create real value for the companies that drive growth, green transition and innovation.

You will have

  • A challenging and stimulating job with a clear purpose and significant societal impact
  • A workplace characterized by business focus, simplicity and trust in an informal context
  • Attractive terms, flexibility and room for both ambition and balance in working life
  • Engaged and professionally skilled colleagues in a diverse and inclusive culture, where differences are seen as a strength.

Is this you we are looking for?

Send your application and CV as soon as possible and no later than 17 October 2026 . Interviews are expected to be held on an ongoing basis.

As part of our work with inclusive recruitment we kindly ask you not to include a photo, age or civil status in your application materials.

The process includes two interview rounds, where the second round includes assessments (logic and personality analysis). References are obtained by agreement, and a criminal record check must be presented upon hiring. Start as soon as possible.
