Foreman's Assistant, Albertslund

KH OneStop is seeking an administrative foreman assistant for our well-run workshop in Albertslund.

The job and your tasks

You report directly to the department manager, and together with your colleagues in the foreman office will be responsible for the daily operations of the department.

Your task is to ensure a constant and dynamic flow of our orders, from creation to invoicing, including:

• Entering and closing orders in customer portals
• Closing orders in the workshop system
• Handling warranty cases and claims
• Managing orders from start to finish and following up on set goals
