Create great customer experiences as a registrar at Bjarne Nielsen

Are you good with people, can you keep an overview when it's busy, and do you have experience from the car industry? Then you might be the one we're looking for as a receptionist for our workshop at Bjarne Nielsen in Roskilde.

Our car dealership at Darupvang 13 used to be called Preben Mortensen Biler (Karvil), but is now part of Nielsen Car Group and Bjarne Nielsen. We are therefore looking for a skilled receptionist who wants to become part of the team and help ensure our customers have a good experience when their car goes to the workshop.

In the reception, you are an important link between the customer and the workshop. You reception the customers both on the phone and in the showroom, help with booking and advice, and ensure that the arrangements regarding the customer's car are in place.

You will have a daily life with many different tasks and close contact with both customers, mechanics and your other colleagues. Therefore it's important that you enjoy working with people, can keep track of details and at the same time maintain a good mood when the pace is high.

Your duties include, among other things

• Professional reception and advice for our workshop customers
• Booking and scheduling of workshop visits
• Telephone contact with customers
• Coordination between customers and workshop
• Administration of rental cars
• Follow-up on ongoing workshop tasks
• Close collaboration with mechanics and other colleagues in the car dealership

Who are you? We would like you to have experience from a similar position in the car industry, preferably from an authorized workshop. The most important thing is, however, that you have an understanding of good customer service and thrive in a role where you need to be both structured and welcoming.
