We are an established business in rapid development and growth. We used to be called Selandia, but have just become part of the Bjarne Nielsen car houses, owned by Nielsen Car Group. We are an authorized workshop for Ford and Suzuki, as well as an authorized dealer of them.

We are seeking a workshop foreman to lead and plan the work in the mechanical workshop. You will become part of a team in the reception, where we help each other to reach goals. You will have a varied daily life, where your main task will be to book and plan the work in the workshop and greet our customers in the reception and on the phone. At the same time you have a strong say in the ongoing optimization of our work processes.

Key responsibilities

• Professional reception and advice to our customers at the reception and on the phone
• Booking and planning of the work in the workshop
• Quotation of workshop work for customers and the sales department
• Daily planning and management of tasks for the technicians (in collaboration with the workshop manager)
• Additional tasks in the warehouse

Who are you? You have a professionally relevant education such as mechanic, sheet metal worker, marine engineer, spare parts clerk or similar. Maybe you already have experience as a workshop foreman, but it is not a requirement.

We imagine that you

• Are open and positive
• Can maintain structure and overview and thrive in a fast pace
• Are meticulous, take responsibility and can work independently
• Are a team player and adaptable
• Are a strong communicator with good leadership skills
• Are a proficient IT user (knowledge of Dracar is an advantage)

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Ford and Suzuki. The position is full-time with start as soon as possible, but we are happy to wait for the right candidate.
