About the job

We are seeking 2 therapists for our rehabilitation unit

Imagine a job where your professionalism makes a real difference every single day.

Where you help citizens regain control over their own lives. Where multidisciplinary collaboration is an integral part of everyday life. And where you have the opportunity to help shape rehabilitative efforts in a time when the Elderly Act is setting a new direction for the elderly sector.

That is exactly the opportunity waiting for you with us.

We are looking for an engaged therapist for our rehabilitation unit. An employee who is passionate about translating high professionalism into meaningful solutions together with citizens and who is motivated to create results through collaboration, coordination and rehabilitative interventions.

About Assessment & Rehabilitation

You will become part of Assessment & Rehabilitation (U&R), which is part of Health, Prevention and Rehabilitation. U&R is physically located in the same building as the Visitation team and Home Care and Nursing, as they are the closest daily collaborators. We work multidisciplinary with a focus on supporting citizens\' opportunities for an active and independent everyday life.

The team currently consists of therapists, social and health care assistants, and a planner. We are now seeking an occupational therapist and a physiotherapist as colleagues to the team.

In U&R you work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, DigiRehab colleagues and a planner in a professionally strong and engaged environment.

For us, rehabilitation is more than exercise

We always start from what provides value for the individual citizen. The goal is not merely to provide help, but to support the citizen\'s possibilities to live an independent, active and meaningful life.

You will become part of a unit with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and social and health care assistants who work closely together to create strong and coherent citizen pathways.
