Would you like to help develop digital solutions and drive technological development in DM Greenkeeping.

At DM Greenkeeping Danmark A/S you will have the opportunity to translate ideas and business needs into usable digital solutions that make everyday life easier for both employees and customers.

As our new fullstack developer you will be a central part of our continued technological development. You will develop and maintain digital solutions, contribute to our digital infrastructure, and help integrate automation and AI-based features into daily operations.

You will become a close collaboration partner with our CTO and COO and a colleague with our existing fullstack developer. At the same time you will have broad contact across the organisation.

Your role

As a fullstack developer you will work on the development and further development of digital solutions across the entire development process - from needs and ideas to implementation, testing and ongoing improvements.

One of the concrete tasks will be development and maintenance of our Field Service Management system , which is used in operations. The development will initially be primarily web-based, but may later also include mobile apps.

You will also share responsibility for the further development of our digital infrastructure based on microservices/composable architecture.

Your tasks

• Development, maintenance and improvement of applications on both front-end and back-end.
• Development and maintenance of API integrations.
• Working with DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity and operational stability.
• Translating business needs into stable and user-friendly digital solutions.
• Testing, quality assurance, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
• Handling internal tickets related to bugs and development requests.
• Technical dialogue and collaboration with external development partners.
• Documentation and structure in development work.
• Contribute to automation and use of AI in our systems and workflows. New full-stack developer Q4 2026

Your profile

You thrive on taking responsibility for both detail and the bigger picture. You are curious about how technology can make a concrete difference, and you want to challenge existing workflows when they can be made smarter or more efficient.

You work in a structured and independent way and can drive development tasks from idea to implementation. At the same time you thrive in collaboration and can communicate technical issues in clear and down-to-earth language to colleagues with different professional backgrounds.

We envision that you have minimum 3-5 years of experience in software development , and that you are used to taking independent responsibility for your tasks.

Your qualifications

We expect that you have experience with several of the following technologies

General: GIT

Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and preferably TypeScript

Backend: JavaScript, PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP)

In addition, it is advantageous if you have experience with some of the following

Node.js/NPM · MVC · AdonisJS · Laravel · PostgreSQL/MySQL · S3 bucket storage · Docker · TDD · RESTful API/CRUD · Linux · AI-driven development

The most important thing, however, is not that you can check every box. We are looking for an experienced developer with a solid technical foundation, who wants to learn new things and help develop our technical setup.
