Physiotherapist with administrative interests and experience sought for Træning Nord in Favrskov Municipality.

We are seeking a physiotherapist for an exciting, newly established position, based at our health center in Hadsten. The position is to be filled on 1 January 2027, and is as a baseline 37 hours/week. However, a lower hourly commitment can be agreed with the right candidate.

You will become part of Træning Nord, and a health professional community in the health center, with a training team, activities department and health team. In the role you will handle some central administrative tasks, in the form of purchasing, course administration in Plan2Learn and payroll reporting. The administrative tasks are expected to take 8-10 hours/week on average.

The rest of the time you will be a physiotherapist, with a primary role at our new nursing home Vinterslev, which is located just above the health center. Here you will handle assessments, transfer/instruction, and training of residents in the initial 30 units – of which 10 are newly created temporary housing. The total capacity will increase over the coming years to 60.

You will also join our team of transfer instructors, and provide training of employees in the elderly care and social sectors, both in groups and more case-based in practice. Finally, you will also handle outpatient training tasks within general rehabilitation, the Service Act/Old-Age Act, and fee-free physiotherapy.

We are looking for you who are a professionally ambitious and experienced physiotherapist, and who:

• Have extensive experience with teaching and instruction in transfer and positioning. Including also a good knowledge of the market for and use of APV aids and technologies.
• Have flair and interest in, together with management and colleagues, solving administrative tasks.
• Are strongly professionally grounded in the work as a physiotherapist, and in particular have interest and experience in working with the elderly citizen.
• Have strong health-education competencies, and the ability to motivate and create good relationships with the often frail citizen.
• Are skilled at prioritizing and executing daily tasks.
• Bring good humor and a strong work identity to daily work.
