About the job

Do you want to help shape the future of the close health care system?

As a result of the health reform, the health and care places will transfer to regional responsibility and operation as of 1 January 2027. The health and care places are targeted at citizens who need an intensive health professional intervention such as rehabilitation, observation, treatment and care, but who do not require hospitalization.

The task is anchored at North Zealand Hospital in a new organizational unit under the Department of Elderly and Multimorbidity and comprises seven geographic locations in North Zealand. In Halsnæs there will be 18 health and care places, located at Søndergade 81A in Hundested.

Here we will bring together strong health professional and rehabilitative efforts around citizens with complex needs, and especially for the health and care places in Halsnæs, we will build a completely new team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. You will thus have a unique opportunity to help shape the development of a new regional offering and the building of a strong team-based and multidisciplinary environment focusing on a good and coherent citizen journey.

When the region first takes over responsibility for the upcoming health and care places on 1 January 2027, you will start your employment in the Department of Elderly and Multimorbidity at Frederikssund Hospital on 1 December. Here you will receive a thorough introduction to patient pathways, and you will learn to use the Health Platform, which is the electronic medical records system that will be on the health and care places from January. From January your permanent workplace will be in Halsnæs.
