The toddlers in Hagested need a pedagogue for 30-37 hours per week.

🌞 About us

Our children's house is located in a small village surrounded by beautiful nature , which we actively use in daily life. Everyday activities primarily take place outdoors all year round , both on our playground – which is divided into fenced areas to allow for immersion and play – and in the local area. We are also indoors where the children particularly benefit from our newly renovated motor skills room, including swings.

We can offer lovely outdoor areas, high ceilings and a culture where there is both opportunity and expectation for you to put your own touch on everyday life. We are a member of Grønne spirer and have the green, the blue and the global goals flag.

The nursery houses two kindergarten groups and two toddler groups, with space for 12 children in each. We work with ICDP , which all employees have taken a course in. Relationships are our driving force – both to children, parents and colleagues.

• Are trained educator - whether you are newly qualified or have a lot of experience is not important to us, as long as you are passionate about working with children.
• Thrive with outdoor life and physical activity - you are not afraid to jump in puddles, crawl up hills or hold an insect in your hand.
• Are curious and present together with the children - both outdoors and indoors.
• Have a desire to develop pedagogical practice in collaboration with colleagues.
• Contribute to a good collaboration with both parents and colleagues.
• Are a positive role model who sees opportunities rather than limitations.
