At TVT A/S we are seeking a technical designer for our steel department. You can either be qualified and experienced or be a prospective apprentice who wants to learn the trade.

At TVT A/S we are looking for a technical designer or technical draughtsman for our steel department. You can be educated and have several years of experience, recently graduated or be looking for an apprenticeship as a technical designer.

The most important for us is not how many years of experience you have, but that you have technical understanding, are curious and eager to learn.

We are a growing company with many exciting projects, and with us you get a varied daily life, where you are close to both design and production.

What will you be working with?

We work with everything from smaller special tasks to larger steel constructions, primarily for industry and business.

Your tasks will include

• 3D modelling and construction drawing in Autodesk Inventor
• Preparation of production drawings and drawing material
• Development and design of steel constructions and special solutions
• Technical sparring with colleagues, customers and our welders in production
• Material ordering and preparation of tasks for production
• Participation in projects from idea and measurement to finished construction

Your tasks and your responsibility will naturally be adjusted to your experience and competences.

Who are you?

We envision that you are either a trained technical designer, technical draughtsman or have a relevant craft background and experience with technical drawing.

If you are an apprentice or want to start the education as a technical designer, we would also love to hear from you.

We particularly emphasize that you

• Have good technical understanding and interest in steel constructions
• Want to work with Autodesk Inventor – or already have experience with the program
• Are curious, solution-oriented and eager to develop yourself
• Can work independently and at the same time thrive with close collaboration
• Are reliable and take responsibility for your tasks

If you have a craft background, e.g. as a blacksmith, it is a definite plus, but not a requirement.
