Technical sales support for Thanex – technical drawing, sales support and a good working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

You take a central role in our sales organization, where you work closely with the salespeople to translate customers' needs into concrete warehouse and logistics solutions. You support the sales process with technical drawings, solution proposals and coordination, so that customers get the right solution from the start.

Your tasks will include among other things

• Preparation and refinement of technical drawings
• Project management
• Technical and administrative support
• Handling of customer inquiries and ongoing customer service
• Booking and coordination of transports
• Work in Uniconta and relevant supplier portals
• Close coordination with colleagues in the office and warehouse

You should thrive in a day-to-day where technical tasks, sales support, customer contact and practical coordination naturally succeed one another.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL BACKGROUND

We imagine that you are trained as a technical designer or have a corresponding technical background, where you have gained experience with technical drawings.

It is essential that you

• Have good technical understanding and can work with technical drawings – preferably with experience from AutoCAD, or Autodesk/Inventor.
• Be proficient with common administrative IT tools and spreadsheets
• Proficient in Danish and English in both written and spoken form
• Have a natural understanding of good customer service
• Work in a structured way and follow your tasks through to completion
• Thrive in a smaller organization with short communication lines
• Want to work closely with colleagues across functions

Your personality and attitude are highly valued. You are approachable and collaborative, and at the same time have the necessary assertiveness to follow up and get tasks finished. You take responsibility for your part of the work and are comfortable with helping each other in a small organization when needed.
