Head of Email Marketing & Automation – Marketingfabrikken, Odense

Have you built email setups for years and tasted the joy of making others good at it as well? Can you both set the strategy for a client and explain to a new colleague why step three in the flow should wait two days? Then you are the one we need at the helm.

You have

• At least 5 years of experience with email marketing
• Experience coaching and developing colleagues, and you can show what it has led to
• Deep experience with Klaviyo and/or ActiveCampaign, and you can lay out the strategy from the ground up
• Documented results you can explain
• KPIs, deliverability, attribution and segmentation as daily working tools
• AI tools as a regular part of your daily routine
• Courage to say no when a client asks for the wrong thing
• Professional Danish in writing and speaking

Big plus: You are eager to and have experience growing the channel commercially. This applies both through your network, referrals and new opportunities with existing customers.

It is also a plus if you have previously been responsible for a team or a service, have agency experience, know the Shopify stack or have built your own tools and scripts.
