The social-psychiatric residential facility Klintegården is seeking staff who are professionally well-grounded, good-hearted and empathetic – and who are keen to put their professional skills into practice in everyday life.

Who are we?

Klintgården is a social-psychiatric residential facility where 67 residents have their home. Here live people with various and complex psychiatric diagnoses, each with their own unique approach to the world, some with dual diagnoses and others with acquired brain injury and many with complex social circumstances – in short: people with life stories.

At Klintegården we work recovery-oriented with a narrative and systemic thinking. Professional sparrings and discussions are valued, as they help lift us to new levels.

Klintgården is a sports-certified residential facility, but you do not need to be a marathon runner or elite athlete; but bike rides on the shared bike, Dora, a petanque ball in your hand, or being in the training room together with the residents, can be worth their weight in gold in the pedagogical work.
